Violation may result in immediate suspension.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice

Restrict access for misuse or policy violations

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are final unless otherwise stated

Subscription fees must be paid on time

No refunds for partial usage

7. Third-Party Dependency

Active MSG relies on third-party services such as WhatsApp APIs.

We are not responsible for:

Service interruptions

Message delivery failures

API limitations

8. WhatsApp Disclaimer

Active MSG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to WhatsApp or Meta.

Users are solely responsible for compliance with WhatsApp policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Active MSG shall not be held liable for:

WhatsApp account bans

Loss of data or business

Message delivery failures

Any indirect or consequential damages

10. Data Usage

By using the platform, you grant us the right to process data necessary to provide services as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

 Jurisdiction: Maharashtra (Pune/Kolhapur courts).
